Core chemicals and functional materials. MPPO and MPC are our two flagship products; polyimide foam (PI Foam) is our functional finished material.
Developed and produced in our own laboratory. Quality, supply reliability and pricing have been recognized by customers in China, Japan, Korea, Europe and North America with regular repeat orders.
MPPO is the key catalyst raw material for generating carbodiimide structures, feeding three important downstream product families:
An essential component of waterborne coatings, acting much like a resin curing agent to raise crosslink density, adhesion and strength. Waterborne coatings and paints all require a curing agent.
An anti-hydrolysis ageing additive for nylon (polyamide), polyester, polycarbonate and other plastics and films containing amide or ester bonds. It reacts with the carboxyl groups (−COOH) generated during ageing, end-capping them and preventing accelerated hydrolytic degradation.
Used to synthesize a range of carbodiimide-containing pharmaceutical intermediates, and as a catalyst in organic synthesis and a synthetic material intermediate.
Handling note: reseal properly after each use; do not leave the container open. Performance may be affected when used in combination with other materials — please confirm with our technical department first.
A methacrylate functional monomer bearing a zwitterionic phosphorylcholine group; its structure mimics the phospholipid polar group of cell membranes. Widely used in medical device surface modification and biomaterials.
MPC is a methacrylate monomer containing a zwitterionic phosphorylcholine group that mimics the phospholipid polar groups of cell membranes. It offers excellent resistance to non-specific protein adsorption, outstanding biocompatibility and low toxicity, and is used specifically to improve the biocompatibility, blood compatibility and tissue compatibility of materials.
MPC polymer networks form cell-membrane-like structures and are used across the following fields:
Surface coatings for catheters and stents, improving blood compatibility and reducing thrombosis and inflammation.
Surface grafting of Dacron artificial blood vessels, effectively reducing platelet adhesion.
Used in contact lens materials and wound dressing hydrogels; forms cell-membrane-like structures that prevent cell and bacterial adhesion on surfaces.
Preparation of polymeric micelles or nanoparticles to extend blood circulation time and improve drug targeting.
Modification of scaffold materials to promote cell adhesion and growth for regenerative medicine.
As a monomer for building fully zwitterionic polymer networks in ionic liquids, used as high-performance gel electrolytes.
Combining the inherent heat resistance, flame retardancy and low smoke emission of polyimide with the lightweight thermal and acoustic insulation of a foam.
